Please note: Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii incurs an additional charge of $19.95 USD.

Attention: A signature of a 21+ years old person is required upon gift delivery containing wine or beer. The gift containing alcohol cannot be left at the door, and delivery will be reattempted if nobody 21+ is found home at the time of the initial delivery attempt.

We use two different ways to deliver wine baskets: by mail and via our local delivery agents.

We deliver to all states in the USA. Due to state regulations, we can’t ship some of our wine gift baskets to the following states: AL (Alabama), DE (Delaware), SD (South Dakota), and UT (Utah). Because of this, some gifts delivered to these states may require minor content substitutions with the customer’s approval.

Additionally, you must be 21 years or older to purchase gift baskets containing wine. Adult signatures are required on all wine shipments.

There are additional restrictions for shipping to APO/FPO addresses. To such addresses, we are able to deliver any items except alcohol, perishable foods (such as cheeses), and fresh flowers. These cannot be shipped to AE, AA, and AP addresses. If you select a gift basket that cannot be delivered to an APO or FPO address, we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order and offer some alternatives for replacement.
